These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Tuff Tube Transition, LLC (“TTT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1Website Purpose
This website provides general information about Tuff Tube Transition products, technology, services, applications and capabilities and allows users to contact TTT or submit information for quotation and technical review. Website content is informational and does not by itself constitute an engineering approval, manufacturing release, Code determination, warranty, offer, or binding commitment.
2RFQs, Quotations and Technical Information
Information submitted through an RFQ or enquiry is preliminary customer-supplied information and is subject to TTT review and verification. Submission of an RFQ does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance of an order, establish suitability for an application, or authorize manufacture.
Applicable technical, engineering, Code and project documentation may be required before information can be verified and components approved for manufacture. Quotations, orders and projects may be subject to separate written terms, specifications, engineering requirements and agreements, which will control in the event of a conflict with these website Terms.
Minimum order quantities or other commercial information displayed on the website may be changed and remain subject to the applicable written quotation or order terms.
3Technical / Engineering Content
Technical descriptions, diagrams, animations, photographs, videos, installation information, case studies and other materials on this website are provided for general informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not a substitute for project-specific engineering, applicable ASME Code requirements, jurisdictional requirements, OEM requirements, approved drawings, procedures, qualified personnel or other project-specific controls.
Users are responsible for ensuring that work is performed in accordance with applicable laws, Codes, specifications, approved procedures and qualified engineering and inspection requirements.
4Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, product names, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, drawings, technical information and other materials, may be protected by patent, copyright, trademark, trade-secret and other intellectual-property or proprietary rights.
Except as expressly authorized in writing, no license or right is granted to copy, reproduce, modify, manufacture from, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or otherwise use TTT proprietary materials or technology.
5Permitted Website Use
You may use the website for legitimate business and informational purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, systems, accounts or data.

6Customer-Supplied Materials
You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in information and materials you submit. By submitting information to TTT, you represent that you have authority to provide it and authorize TTT and those assisting TTT to use, review, reproduce internally, store and share it as reasonably necessary to evaluate and service the relevant enquiry, quotation, engineering activity, order or project and to satisfy associated business, quality, Code, recordkeeping and legal requirements.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, social-media platforms, maps, videos, forms or other services.
